Kattu, Diplomats use diplomatic passports for their official purposes and their visa interviews process is completely different than others. A gawar, same question, how many class do u read? Ur assumption is , if you have red passport you can enter any country without visa, this is wrong . In usa red passport needs seperate visa called a1, a2 to enter the country . The prevelage is that you will not be interviewed like ordinary people under other visa catotogies . And if you dont have any international criminal records or threat to us your visa is easily granted . You dnt need work sponsorship for b1 b1 its for h1b . Do some reaearch again n come back.

When did I even say you can enter any country without visa when you have a red passport??? And yes, they have the privilege of not being interviewed like ordinary people. Did I even deny that?? All we were saying is even if Prachande does not use his red passport and use his regular one to apply, he will most prolly easily get the B1/B2 visa because of his background and public persona. For the last time lemme explain to you what bairaghi was saying was that getting a B1/B2 visa is much easier if the applicant is being sponsored by some well known US companies as it shows the counselors the credibility of the applicants to them, that he or she is a genuine applicant and a US company has really invited him or her to USA for some serious purpose, like conference or site visits etc. Last edited: 29-Oct-21 09:10 PM

A pagal again you dont need anyone to sponser u b1 b2 . People get invitation for confrence in google, who , unhcr , and still cant secure b1 visa . Invitation and sponsorship  are two entirely seperate words dnt mix them up . There is nothing called sponsorship in b1 b2 visa if you mean invitation thats another story but sponsorship and invitstion are entirely different words ( repeating 4 ubagain) Prachanda will never use regular pasport for his life because he is ex prime minister . It is because of people like you who want to misuse the diplomat passports, no wonder. If you have read that article I posted earlier, you would have known what people like you are fighting for. Just because he is an ex prime minister, he can keep the privilege. Way to go sir! Again, I am only talking about the personal visits like tourism intended or medical help. You better understand the difference now as to what are official visits and what are the other visits. Nobody is mixing the two terminologies, it is your brain who is mixed up here. They use the term 'sponsoring' when they are being invited from the US companies or the people who are inviting, as they are the ones held accountable. I do not know why on earth you were left out on that. At least now you understood there exists some 'papers' to call/ invite somebody on B1/B2 visa that need to be shown on interview date. That is a progress! Not everybody comes easily barehanded like your sister! Final thing for you! You better not backbite me anywhere or talk shit about me in the other posts. Dont take it bad im just teaching u basic things . I m taking your names in some other post becasue ur a good example, nothing personal . There has always been paper called " invitation" used by companies to participate in conferemces , meetings mostly for scholars like me (phd) and since 2007 or so you dont need to physically carry it on interview unless ubr asked {rarely》. But for personal visits you dnt need invitstion or so called sponsorship . Is ther anything i can help u today¿

Kavre, I don’t think they need any sponsorships. Even if you send it , they do not look at it. But no harm in trying. Long time back I send for one of my friend , they did not look at it. I just has simple letter stating that I will support him. No affidavit of support. He got the visa as he was working for Nepal army and station in Congo for UN mission. FYI, US embassy has not open visa B1/B2 visa unless it’s emergency.
