DHS will do that . Not the legal team who fought today. They will announce it sooner or later . Let’s be positive .

It's not like DHS is gonna say, "we have rejected your proposal for redesignation", they will simply ignore it. They will publish a message only if they are positive. So if redesignation doesn't come with extension, I think we are done.

Confirms new Self-extension of TPS because Ramos versus Nielsen case remains open. This benefit would be for 15 months and would begin when it became official in the Federal Register; it will expire in December 2022. Please NOTE, it is NOT a new designation or extension. Good luck!!!
