It's not transfer of gulami as you have said. It's more like jumping from a frying pan into fire. Right now they are stealing little by little. Giving MCC would be like opening the doors all national resources and tell them here you don't have to steal anymore just take everything you want, and on top if you end up killing someone don't worry you're going to be above the law. This is my theory. I think that the US is going to South America under "Build Back Better World (B3B)", since it is almost out of the Middle East now.

Middle east has been site to test all the war weapons. I don't think they will easily give up on such sites after all selling weapons are biggest incomes.
