There was recently a news published in Setopati regarding a story of a Nepali guy who chose illegal way to enter America via Mexico border. In the story, it mentions that US court rejected his asylum case saying that Nepal is safe to return. Below is an excerpt from that story: तर त्यहाँको सरकारले नेपालमा कुनै खतरा नभएको भन्दै यज्ञलाई धरौटीमा छोड्न मानेन। उनले त्यहाँको उच्च अदालतमा अपिल गरे। अदालतले मुद्दा छिन्न छ महिना लगायो। धरौटीमा छोड्न फेरि पनि मानेन। त्यसपछि भने यज्ञ अमेरिका सपनाबाट ब्युँझिएँ। उनलाई यो सपना देख्न चुकाउनु परेको मूल्यले पोल्यो। अधिकारीहरू आएर उनलाई अझै माथिल्लो अदालतमा मुद्दा लड्छस् कि के गर्छस् भनेर सोधे। यज्ञले भने- आफ्नै देश फर्किन्छु।
